Unit 8 Audition 26/03/19
Today we auditioned for our unit 8 performance. We had to prepare a song and a monologue and perform them to Shelley and the class, and give each other feedback. Here is the feedback I received:
What went well:
- Good projection
- Nice tone
- Good characterisation
- Powerful monologue
- Good facial expressions
- Maintained eye contact
- Good confidence
- Good diction
- Natural speech and body language
Even better if
- Breathe from your stomach
- Vary tone
- Be more grounded when singing
- Don't sway
- Use hands more
- Don't look straight down
- Pace yourself
- Breathe more
